I dream of my dead sister.

I was 12 when my sister died of meningitis. She was two years older.

We fought a lot, I know we loved each other really. I remember being shocked when she died, but mostly how I felt for my parents as they grieved and cried. I did my best, along with the support of my nan, to stop them falling apart.

Ten years on, I'm expecting a baby girl in September, but have started dreaming about my sister.

In these dreams we have a great time and then I wake up crying. I don't want all this to affect the baby. What's happening? 'Lou', Mid Glamorgan LINDA SAYS: It strikes me just how much you felt for your sister, but also how much you had to bury your own feelings in order to support your mum and dad in their grief.

Now, with another girl to love in the form of your baby daughter, all kinds of happy memories, mingled with sadness are emerging.

You need to talk through those memories and how you miss your sister with someone. Give Cruse Bereavement a call on 029 2022 6166 or 01685 876020..
