Hypertherm boosts Centricut line.

Hypertherm, a manufacturer of advanced metal cutting systems, is expanding its line of Centricut brand performance consumables for Kaliburn Spirit and ProLine plasma cutting systems. The consumables, designed for stainless steel cutting while using air as the plasma gas, last an average of 20 per cent longer than OEM original consumables. This longer life is due in part to better cooling resulting from Hypertherm's patented CoolFlow nozzle technology.

"These Centricut consumables reduce the overall cost of operation and deliver exceptional cut quality and process reliability, while maintaining the fast cutting speeds that customers need. We are so confident in their performance that free samples are available for any customer who wants to test them," said Martin Geheran, product marketing manager for Hypertherm's Centricut brand.

The new consumables are precision-machined to Hypertherm's lean-sigma manufacturing standards so customers get consistent, reliable performance from their cutting system. The company will stage free trials of any Centricut brand product.

Hypertherm's Centricut brand engineers and manufactures advanced plasma and laser cutting consumables. Its product line includes consumables that deliver increased value to people who own most any non-Hypertherm cutting system including systems by ESAB, Kjellberg, and Trumpf.

All Centricut brand products are engineered and manufactured to exacting standards and incorporate the latest technological advances that help to reduce operating costs, while delivering increased cut speed and quality. Centricut products include free technical support and come with same-day shipping.

Hypertherm designs and manufactures advanced cutting systems for use in a variety of industries such as shipbuilding, manufacturing, and automotive repair. Its product line includes handheld and mechanised plasma and laser systems, consumables, as well as CNC motion and height controls and CAM cutting software.
