Hygienic conveying solutions from Stewart Gill.

Stewart Gill Conveyors has extended its range of high quality replacement chain for conveying systems used in the food processing industry.

The hygienic E8 and F8 replacement chains are available in a choice of galvanised or stainless steel track. They can be installed not only in the Stewart Gill E8 conveyor systems but are also compatible with other manufacturers' equipment.

The replacement chains conlply fully with all the appropriatc health and safety regulations. Fully sealed 6204 2RS rollers ensure the chains need minimal lubrication, which removes the risk of product contamination from grease.

Highly versatile, the durable replacement chain can be used in operating environments with temperatures from 60[degrees]C to 230[degrees]C (dependent on roller seals), with a maximum load capacity of 100kg per pendant. Stewart Gill also monitors the wear in chains of all its overhead conveyor customers, advising when replacements should be installed on any system improvements that can add to the conveyor life.
