Differentiated chemicals company Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) reported on Thursday a rise in global price for all its titanium dioxide pigments in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Asia-Pacific as well as North America.

In Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America, the price of titanium dioxide pigments will increase by EUR235 per tonne or USD250 per tonne in dollar-based markets with effect from 1 April 2017 or as contracts allow, added the company.

The company said the price of titanium dioxide pigments will increase by USD160 per tonne in Asia-Pacific from 1 April 2017 or as contracts allow.

Effective 1 March 2017 or as contracts allow, the price of of titanium dioxide pigments will increase by USD0.07 per pound in North America, concluded the company.
