Huntley horrors; Soham killer hit by throat-slash nightmares.
SOHAM monster Ian Huntley has begged prison chiefs for sleeping pills - claiming he suffers nightmares about having his throat slashed.
Officers dashed to the child killer's cell four times in a week after hearing him screaming.
Huntley, 36, said he dreamed that fellow lifer Damien Fowkes was stabbing him.
Robber Fowkes, 34, did slash hated Huntley's throat with a makeshift blade in March, narrowly missing his jugular.
A source at top-security Frankland jail, Co Durham, said: "Huntley thrashes around holding his throat.
"At first we thought he was trying to kill himself but he reckons he has this recurring nightmare."
School caretaker Huntley, who murdered 10-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in 2002, has been attacked eight times before.
