Hunt for teen lead thieves; LICHFIELD.

THREE teenagers are being hunted by police after hundreds of pounds worth of lead flashing was stolen.

The trio were disturbed by the homeowner as they lifted lead flashing off the roof of a house in Crowberry Lane in the quiet village of Barton-under-Needwood, near Lichfield, at around 7am on May 26.

The thieves are all white and believed to be aged around 16.

The first is around 6ft 1in tall, of heavy build, and was wearing a dark blue top with short sleeves, dark denim jeans.

The second offender is slightly shorter and was wearing a dark blue baseball cap. The third is around 5ft 2in tall and was wearing light grey tracksuit bottoms, a light coloured tracksuit top and a light grey baseball cap.
