Engagingly written by Lauren A. McCabe and enhanced with the charming artistry of Nancy Pelham Foulke, "How Many Spots Have I Got?" is the lovely little picturebook story of a ladybug mamma and her ladybug son, and the boy's quest concerning spots (and his not having any) that leads him to encounters and conversations with frogs, rabbits, cows, and others on the subject. A delightful and original little story, "How Many Spots Have I Got?" is very highly recommended, especially for preschoolers and kindergartens.
