Houston distributor teams with an Oiler.

The Miller Distributors of Harris County and Miller Brewing Co. recently signed Houston Oiler all-pro defensive lineman Ray Childress as a spokesperson for their on-going community responsible drinking message, "Think When You Drink."

According to Houston's MIller Distributors, the company recognized a need for responsible drinking and wanted their customers to do the same by "enjoying Miller products, not abusing them."

The "Think..." messages were set to begin airing this holiday season on both radio and local television, and will continue through 1993.

Additionally, Miller will also aid Childress in his effort to establish the "Childress Foundation." The non-profit organization attempts to tackle crime by providing young people with opportunities to participate in programs that deter criminal behavior and support law enforcement.
