House passes two key Bills.

THANKS to a busy BJP shouting slogans in the Well of the House demanding Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation for "" fraudulent" allocation of coal blocks, the government got two Bills -- All- India Institute of Medical Sciences ( Amendment) Bill, 2012 ( to replace an Ordinance which allowed six AIIMS- like institutes to become operational from September 15) and the Chemical Weapons Convention ( Amendment) Bill, 2012, that prohibits transfer of specified toxic chemicals to and from a country which is not party to the Chemical Weapons Convention -- passed in the Lok Sabha within three minutes without discussion.
