INTRA-MURAL RIVALRY is in the air as the annual RGS House Football competition approaches this month. This keenly contested tournament sees the school's four houses - Collingwood, Eldon, Horsley, and Stowell - go head to head with each other for the coveted trophy.

As last year's winners, the pressure is on Horsley to retain their bragging rights, but runners-up Stowell are keen to revenge the 5-0 defeat by the reigning champions. But can either of last year's also-rans, Collingwood or Eldon, surprise everyone? Games afternoons over the next few weeks will take on a new significance, as boys vie with each other for selection by House captains for inclusion in the Senior, Intermediate, and Junior teams.
