Hot Chocolate star leaves PS2m.

HOT Chocolate singer Errol Brown left PS2million - and orders for his headstone to read "passed over" rather than died.

The star, who died at his home in the Bahamas from liver cancer in 2015 aged 71, had hits with the band in more than 50 countries in the 70s and 80s, including You Sexy Thing and It Started with a Kiss.

They had chart hits every year for 15 years - a feat not equalled.

Brown, born in Jamaica, moved to London with his mother at the age of 12.

He and bassist Tony Wilson were signed up by Apple after they recorded a demo of John Lennon's Give Peace a Chance played in a reggae rhythm.
