Horizon Media takes 25,000 sf.

A 25,000-square-foot lease has just been signed by Horizon Media Inc., a media buying company located at 630 Third Avenue.

After analyzing numerous possibilities from purchasing their own building to moving their headquarters, Horizon Media has decided to stay within its current space at 630 Third Avenue. Brian Ezratty, sr. vice president of Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. and Moshe Sukenik, executive director of Newmark Real Estate Services, Inc., combined to successfully negotiate a ten year lease with Atco Properties, the current owners and managers on the property. Alan Rosenbluth, sr. vice president of Atco Properties and Management Inc. represented Atco in the transaction.

Horizon Media Inc. has two floors in the building and is currently the largest tenant in the building. Its new lease incorporates options for additional space, giving them the ability to expand as their business grows.

630 Third Avenue is a 23-story, 230,000-square-foot building located at the corner of 41st Street.
