Honda Motor Company (Honda) (NYSE: HMC) (TYO: 7267), a Japan-based automaker, is unveiling its Open Study Model concept vehicle at the London Motor Show.

According to a Honda official, the concept vehicle will replace its S2000. The automaker stated that it has no current plans of production of the vehicle.

According to Honda spokesman Steve Kirk, the vehicle was designed as a 'low-emission, lightweight sports car.'
