Honda Motor Company (NYSE: HMC)(TYO: 7267), a Japan-based automaker, is recalling 886,815 units of the Odyssey minivans in the United States.

The recalled models are from the 2005 to 2010 models years.

The automaker is recalling the vehicle to replace the fuel strainer free of charge. The fuel strainer is likely to deteriorate prematurely with exposure to high temperatures and acidic chemicals.
