Honda Motor Company (NYSE: HMC)(TYO: 7267), a Japan-based automaker, is recalling 992 units of its Fit vehicles in Canada.

The recalled vehicles are from the 2015 model year.

The automaker is recalling the vehicles to replace the ignition coils with updated parts, free of charge. The electrical noise suppression capacitors in the original ignition coils are likely to degrade over time.
