Homebuilder wins 12 awards.

Building on its award-winning tradition, Spectrum Skanska, Inc., the Northeast's preeminent luxury homebuilder, has captured 12 regional awards in "The Nationals," the nation's largest and most prestigious competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and their communities.

"The Nationals" is sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council, a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the nation's leading homebuilders organization.

Spectrum Skanska won 12 regional awards in the following 10 categories:

* Rookie of the Year: Tom Donovan, sales associate at Discovery Cove at Half Moon Bay, Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

* Marketing Director of the Year: Gabe Pasquale, chief marketing officer of Spectrum Skanska.

* Best Brochure for a Community under $250,000: Discovery Cove at Half Moon Bay, Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

* Best Brochure for a Community $250,000-$500,000: Mansion Ridge, Monroe, NY, and Traditions at Historic Southbury, Southbury, Conn.

* Best Electronic Media: Virtual Tour CD-ROM presentation for Traditions at Historic Southbury, Southbury, Conn.

* Best Sales Office Suburban over 600 SF: Discovery Cove at Half Moon Bay, Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and The Legends at Half Hollow, Dix Hills, NY.

* Best Interior Merchandising of Models from $250,000-$400,000: The Highland Model Home, Mansion Ridge, Monroe, NY.

* Best Attached Home under $350,000: The Highland Model Home, Mansion Ridge, Monroe, NY.

* Best Attached Home over $350,000: The Ballantrae Model Home, Mansion Ridge, Monroe, NY.

* Attached Community of the Year: Mansion Ridge, Monroe, NY.
