Home care firm to create 500 jobs; business Business briefing.
Home Instead Senior Care will create the new positions - the majority of which will be for carers - across its West Midland offices, including a base in Warwickshire.
The company specialises in caring for older people in their own homes and employs 326 staff in its seven offices across the region. However, owing to increasing demand for its services, the company is looking to expand in the year ahead.
Philip Maundril, managing director of the local Warwickshire office, says he is thrilled at the rate in which his company is continuing to expand since its launch 12 months ago.
He said: "It is Home Instead's stated aim to change the way care is delivered to the elderly in the UK. We employ a fantastic team of care-givers who come from a variety of backgrounds, but they are all extremely compassionate and share a desire to improve people's lives."
Home Instead Senior Care's offices in the West Midlands include a base in Stratford. For more information about the local base, phone 01789 204 040 or visit the company website on www.homeinstead.
