WHAT would a morning.. or evening, or afternoon.. be without a nice wee cup of tea? That's right, very little indeed. So with that in mind we've decided to pull together some of the nicest tea-related items you can pick up on the High Street right now.
Don't forget to invite us round
This piece available from Dunnes Stores is a little different and suits a home that needs a quaint touch. From Irish designer Carolyn Donnelly, it has a colourful pattern and a woven handle.
A modern take on a classic design from Spode. This blue Italian piece is lovely item and is available at John Lewis. It has a finely detailed 18th century Imari Oriental border with a scene inspired by the Italian countryside.
Ashley Thomas heirloom
With a feminine floral print, this piece available at Debenhams promises to add a 'pop' of colour to your kitchen. Made for serving tea for two, it's from designer Ashley Thomas.
Perhaps the most unique item on our list is another available at M&S. The transparent infuser teapot is perfect for brewing your favourite loose tea.
Sue Timney pot
On a similar theme to the above - that is simple and classy -is this pot from Sue Timney. It's available at Marks and Spencer and the store says: "This striking yet simple range is versatile enough to work with any dining setting." Agreed.
Blue and white
Sometimes simple designs are the best, and we just love this one. The Cornishware Betty pot is available at John Lewis and is in a word, cool.
The perfect summery pot is this from Emma Bridgewater. Available at John Lewis it packs loads of colour with its charming cherry print. Lovely for a chat over a cuppa while the soon comes through the window.
People just love the owl motiff these days and this is no exception. Another Ashley Thomas piece at Debenhams, it's crafted from porcelian. It says Time For Tea, and who are we to argue?
