Holl lot of sympathy for Ian.

Byline: Darren Fullerton

BLACKPOOL boss Ian Holloway is right to brand the Premier League a "disgrace" if it fines him for making 10 changes for Wednesday night's 3-2 defeat at Aston Villa.

Only Holloway (who looks more and more like Dr Evil with every week) knows what's best for Blackpool and his squad of 25 players.

Not some Premier League pen pusher with an ironed crease in his cords.

And in any case, where do you draw the line? Can Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini expect a fine for playing a tag wrestling team of muscular, holding midfielders while 'not having a go' in last week's Manchester derby?
