Holiday House NYC kicked off this month with the release of the anniversary book, 10 Years of Decorating for a Cure, at 252 East 57th Street. Hosted on the 34th Floor Club, the event was attended by Stribling's Pamela D'Arc, Daytime Emmy Award winning TV producer, Amy Rosenblum, Love Actually actress Meredith Ostrom, Kate Rumson, the Creative Force Behind "The Real Houses of Instagram," Frette CEO, Filippo Arnaboldi, and Holiday House NYC founder, Iris Danker. Anchoring the eastern corridor of Manhattan's Billionaire's Row, 252 East 57th Street is a 65-story ultra-luxury condominium designed by SOM that is now more than 70 percent sold. World Wide Group and Rose Associates are co-developers.
