Hoegemeyer Hybrids Announces New Corn, Soybean Line-Up for 2011.

Hooper, NE, September 12, 2010 --( Hoegemeyer Hybrids announces 36 new corn hybrids and soybean varieties for 2011.

"At Hoegemeyer Hybrids, we've lived in this region and studied its tough growing conditions for four generations, and we know what thrives here," says Stephan Becerra, Hoegemeyer president. "Our 2011 product line-up continues that tradition and focus by using the latest seed genetics and technology to produce the best results for growers in the Western Corn Belt."

Becerra says the 27 new corn hybrids include eight triple stack, 13 double stack and six single stack hybrids.

"From corn rootworm and corn borer protection to herbicide resistance and value-added food grade products, our new line-up of corn hybrids offers growers corn genetics paired with the right technology to thrive in this region," Becerra says.

Hoegemeyer will also offer nine new soybean varieties in 2011, in addition to a complete line of sorghum, alfalfa and grass seed.

A variety of seed treatments are also available for all Hoegemeyer products.
