Hochtief AG excluded from Schoenefeld airport expansion contract bidding.
Hochtief AG, a German construction consortium has been excluded from bidding for an expansion project at Berlin`s Schoenefeld airport.
The announcement was made by the PPS airport development company on 7 February and follows an investigation to the first tender process, in which Hochtief`s bid was successful, but which was invalidated after a court found that irregularities has occurred in the process.
The exclusion leaves rival construction company IVG as the only current bidder for the project according to Reuters.
