Hitachi Settles Damages Lawsuit Relating to Damage to Low-Pressure Turbines at Shika Nuclear Power Station No. 2 of Hokuriku Electric Power.

Tokyo, Feb 27, 2012 - (JCN Newswire) - Hitachi Ltd today announced that it has settled a lawsuit with Hokuriku Electric Power Company based on the proposal of settlement indicated by the Tokyo District Court. The lawsuit related to a claim for damages by Hokuriku Electric Power for damage to low-pressure turbines of Shika Nuclear Power Station No. 2.
