Hi-temp accelerometer.

The 8765A250 is a miniature 6.4g accelerometer with a [+ or -] 250g measurement range and 20 mV/g sensitivity. A PiezoStar crystal element at the core of the device exhibits unusually low sensitivity variation over the operating temperature range of-54[degrees] to 165[degrees]C. Frequency response is from 1 to 9 kHz [+ or -] 5%. The triaxial accelerometer operates in low impedance voltage mode with a standard IEPE power supply.
