Kirk Brandon's Spear of Desstiny are playing the Georgian for the third time in just over two years this evening.
They are best remembered in the mid-1980s for the singles Liberator and Prisoner of Love, and a trio of top 30 chart albums: One Eyed Jacks, World Service and Outland.
Despite a myriad of line-up changes Kirk Brandon has been a constant and continues to write, perform live and release new material.
His most recent effort Omega Point won high praise from Vive Le Rock magazine. The current Spear lineup sees Brandon joined by Craig Adams (The Mission, Sisters of Mercy and The Cult) on bass, Adrian Portas (New Model Army) on guitar with new drummer Mike Kelly.
