Here are all the food hygiene ratings for Smithdown Road; There's so many restaurants to choose from - but which are the cleanest.

Smithdown Road has become a burgeoning food hub in recent years, attracting more than just the student crowd.

With restaurants offering every cuisine under the sun you're often spoilt for choice on the road.

But which restaurant is the cleanest according to the food hygiene ratings?

The best and worst Wetherspoon pubs in Merseyside revealed

We took a look at all the restaurants along the road and discovered what they scored on their last inspection.

The scores are done by local authority hygiene teams.

A health officer will look at three criteria types during an inspection:

The Food Standards Agency says that to achieve a '0' rating there "are very likely to be performing poorly in all three elements and are likely to have a history of serious problems."
