Hench Control Introduces New Controller.

San Jose, California--Hench Control announced that they have shipped a new control module to three of their customers: Del Mar in California, Associated Freezers of Toronto and Maple Lodge Farms of Norval, Ontario.

Each Blast Freezer Controller will control up eight blast cells. It will adjust suction pressure in the engine room, so that the compressors can use a higher suction pressure when the blast freezers are not being used, thus saving energy. It utilizes the intermittent cooling technique pioneered by Hench over 15 years ago at a California facility. Intermittent cooling reduces fan heat removal at the end of the blast cycle, thus saving energy.
