Help with Food Allergies.

More and more campers are arriving at camp with food allergies. Do you know how to meet their needs?

The Food Allergy Network's (FAN) Camp Guide to Managing Severe Allergic Reactions is designed to help ease the fears of parents and prepare camp administrators. This extensive 67-page guide explores food allergies, allergic reactions to insect stings, and anaphylaxis. It also includes a "How to Read a Label" sheet, which covers the many synonyms for common allergy-causing foods (for example, casein for milk and albumin for egg), and characteristics of common stinging insects. The cost is $25.
