Helmsley to sell retail condo.

Prime retail condominium space at 8,400-square-foot, four-store condominium sold in 1987 for $1.715 million and is currently being offered by the lender for the best price over $1.2 million with $400,000 cash down-payment. Helmsley-Spear, Inc. was named exclusive sales agent with Earle S. Altman, senior vice president, George Constantin and David Gnodde leading the marketing effort.

This West Village location offers seven bays with 120 feet of high-profile store frontage and would be appropriate for boutiques, galleries, a restaurernt and even medical or dental office.
