Heineken U.S.A. of White Plains, NY, has announced the appointment of two new vice presidents-Charles Chase, Jr., as vice president and chief knowledge officer and Amy Nenner as vice president of human relations. According to the company, Mr. Chase will work to develop the company's new Knowledge management Department, which aims to combine technology and analysis to provide H.U.S.A. employees with pinpoint account and consumer information. Prior to joining Heineken, Chase was v.p. for global forecasting and analysis for a pharmaceutical firm. Heineken reports that Amy Nenner will lead the H.U.S.A. human resources department, with the goal of attracting and retaining top-notch employees. Prior to joining Heineken, Ms. Nenner was a v.p. for Modern Media, an internet company. Before that, she was v.p. human resources for Labatt U.S.A.
