Heard on the forum.

Forum member "Sherba" wants to know what type of adhesive, glue or cement to use to reattach a shower floor tile.

Mastics and adhesives should never be used on floor tile or any horizontal surface exposed to water. Instead, buy a small package of powdered or premixed "thin-set" mortar and use a small notched trowel to "butter" the back of the tile. Set the tile into place and let the mortar dry. Then regrout.
