With only eight days to go to the Oscars, Hollywood fitness trainer to the stars, Raphael Picaud, lets us in on his Tinseltown trim and tuck tips. Well, you didn't think the Oscars were about films, did you?
l Nicole Kidman: for curvy calves
`Fast cardiovascular exercise - running, cycling, walking - for two weeks up to the big day is excellent for building up Nicole's slim pins.'
