Sean Shepley, Credit Suisse Group AG's (NYSE: CS) head of global macro product strategy, is to leave the bank.

Shepley had been with the bank for 24 years, having joined in 1992. His move comes as a number of executives are leaving the bank, which is restructuring its operations to cut costs and increase focus on Asia and wealth management.

On Wednesday, the bank's CEO said that the bank could post a loss in the first quarter.
