Head For Cover

The clouds of litigation have gathered, and a lawsuit is forecast to fall on the heads of former directors at the "Little Bank With The Big Heart."

National Bank of Arkansas in North Little Rock is moving toward the courthouse due to losses suffered through actions of its former board members.

We hear the former directors received a confidential, eight-page letter advising them of the situation and offering them a chance to tell their side of the story before the courtroom drama begins.

The names of potential litigants include folks such as Ron Tullos, Lloyd Stanley, W.H. Moore, Emma Hall, William Thompson and Joycelyn Elders.

How much money is involved?

The figure we've heard kicked around is $1.5 million.
