Harwin Prospect named for rehab.

Clinton Henry Housing Development Fund, Inc. has selected Harwin Prospect Associates as the general contractor to renovate 204-06 Clinton Street, a total of 10 residential units and 1,564 square feet of retail space.

The renovation of the building, which is located at the corner of Clinton and Henry Streets in Manhattan, is part of a project sponsored by the New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation to provide permanent housing for the homeless.

The $776,000 renovation began in August and is expected to be completed by late spring of 1993. The architect for the project is the New York-based Julius G. Perry & Associates. Construction financing is provided by the New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation.
