Hannon fans set for Divine album & gigs.

Byline: PAULA MCEVOY

LOVERS of The Divine Comedy and Neil Hannon have plenty of treats in store.

A total of 18 concerts have been announced for Ireland and the UK in October and early next year.

The tour includes a headline show at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin on February 26.

Foreverland - the band's 11th album and first since 2010 - is set for release in September.

Lead singer Neil Hannon, from Co Fermanagh, described it as "about meeting your soul mate and living happily ever after and then what comes after happily ever after.

"Get ready for the most historically inaccurate hit of the summer."

Tickets for the gigs are on sale through Ticketmaster from 9am on Friday and online at ticketmaster.ie.
