Hamas needs more time to discuss Egyptian paper -- official.

CAIRO, Oct 15 (KUNA) -- Hamas official Dr. Salah El-Bardawil said Thursday

that the movement needs more time to discuss the Egyptian paper on the

Palestinian national reconciliation. El-Bardawil told reporters here that Hamas needs extra time to study the

Egyptian paper to make sure that it would lead to a sustainable agreement in

the future. He indicated that Egypt had agreed to Hamas's request and denied that Egypt

had given a 48 hours deadline for Hamas to reply to the paper.
