Hallmark leases again with ABR.

As the result of an Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. (ABR) brokered deal, a new Gold Crown Hallmark Store will be opening at 3 Park Avenue. The store, which is taking the former Barclays Bank space on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 34st Street, will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet on the first floor and 2,000 square feet on the mezzanine. The 15-year lease carries an aggregate lease value of more than $3 million.

Rob Nager of ABR represented Hallmark in this transaction. This is the second Hallmark store lease in a year for ABR, having concluded another negotiation for a 15-year lease at 777 Third Avenue for Diamond Hallmark.
