 CARSON CITY, Nev., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Hytek Microsystems Inc. (OTC) reported unaudited third quarter 1992 financial results as follows: (In thousands except per-share data.)

 Based upon current customer delivery schedules, the company expects revenues and earnings to decline during the current fourth quarter ending Dec. 26, 1992. Although backlog stands at over $3.2 million, the majority of these deliveries are scheduled for 1993 and beyond.
 Hytek incurred net losses of $5,369,000 and $2,536,000 in 1989 and 1990, respectively. During 1990, Hytek reduced its overall size through a partial liquidation and consolidated its operations in its Carson City facility. The company reported earnings of four cents per share for the year ended Dec. 28, 1991.
 Founded in 1974, Hytek specializes in hybrid microelectronic circuits that are used in military, computer, telecommunications and other OEM applications.
