HUMANA CORRECTS WALL STREET JOURNAL ARTICLE
LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- A Wall Street Journal

article today incorrectly reported that Humana (NYSE: HUM) Chairman David A. Jones "will temporarily move to Washington, DC, for two years" and that "Humana's day to day operations have already been assumed by President Carl F. Pollard."
Mr. Jones is the chairman-elect for 1993 and 1994 of the Healthcare Leadership Council, an industry association. In that capacity, he will intermittently meet in Washington, DC, with legislators and executive branch members. The present incumbent estimates that this task has averaged about 3 days per month.
