HSBC Holdings Plc (LSE: HSBA) (NYSE: HBC) (HKG: 0005) has named Iain Taylor as its new head of global payments and cash management for HSBC Singapore.

In his new role, Taylor will be responsible for leading HSBC's cash management business strategy in this market, leading a team of specialists to deliver integrated cash management solutions tailored to a range of companies, including multinational corporations, mid-market enterprises, small businesses and financial institutions.

Most recently, Taylor was the regional head of market development, global payments and cash management for Asia-Pacific, where he was responsible for devising and implementing marketing and market development strategies across 20 territories to strengthen the position of HSBC's global payments and cash management business in Asia-Pacific.
