HQ hosts Hippodrome open house.

More than 175 commercial brokers and other real estate professionals celebrated the opening of Headquarters Companies' (HQ's) new executive suite center at 1120 Avenue of the Americas at 44th Street.

The guests, who represented every major firm in the New York City, enjoyed hotdogs, knishes, and other street delicacies provided by genuine Manhattan pushcart vendors. Besides swapping business cards and the latest news, they toured the new state-of-the-art facility which is located on the fourth floor of the historic Hippodrome Building

The new center is designed into separate and separable clusters of offices to provide the highest degree of privacy and quiet.

HQ's referral fees for brokers are paid immediately on lease signing Many brokers have taken advantage of this option. The Center is already more than 25 percent occupied.

The highlight of the afternoon's festivities was the prize drawing from a bowl of attendees' business cards. More $2,500 was awarded, including a grand prize of $1,000.
