HPR: plenary sessions on January 6 and 9 to discuss draft laws.

(TAP) -- The House of People's Representatives (HPR) will hold, on Saturday, January 6, 2018, a plenary session devoted to oral questions to members of the Government.

The questions will be addressed to the Minister of Religious Affairs, the Minister of State Property and Land Affairs, the Minister of Social Affairs and the Minister of Women, Family and Child Affairs, a HPR statement reads.

A plenary session will be held Tuesday, January 9 to discuss the draft law on the voluntary departure of public officials and the draft organic law amending and completing Law No. 27 of 1993, dated March 22, 1993 on the national identity card.

On the agenda of the plenary session, there is also the draft law approving the exchange of memoranda between the Tunisian and Japanese governments, concerning the financing of the project to build the seawater desalination plant in Sfax.

The plenary session will also be dedicated to the review of a loan agreement between the Tunisian government and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
