The Softek TDMF Open Systems and Mainframe Edition data replication and migration software from storage management software provider Fujitsu Softek will be used by Hewlett-Packard Co (HP) to assist its customers when migrating on to new HP storage systems.

Under the terms of the worldwide licensing agreement, Fujitsu Softek will also provide software and training to HP's services professionals.

The Softek TDMF Mainframe Edition assists organisations when data is being migrated or replicated in the mainframe space.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
