HP Signs Bloomfield Computing Solutions as Partner in HP OpenView Channel Program; Bloomfield-supplied HP Solutions to be Supported by HP OpenView Service-management Products.

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 1998-- Hewlett-Packard Company today announced that Bloomfield Computing Solutions, Inc., a premier supplier of HP computer systems, system software, networking products, solutions and services, has joined the HP OpenView Authorized Partner Program. As a member of the program, Bloomfield has committed to deliver several million dollars' worth of HP OpenView solutions to its customers annually and to train approximately 50 certified consultants.

The HP OpenView Authorized Partner Program offers customers integrated network-, system-, application- and database-management solutions across Windows NT(R) and UNIX(R) system distributed-computing environments. As an OpenView partner, Bloomfield will help customers maximize their IT operations by providing the broad HP OpenView portfolio of management products, along with a complete set of implementation and maintenance services.
