HUDSON, N.H., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Howtek, Inc. (AMEX: HTK) today announced the resignation of its President and Chief Executive Officer David R. Bothwell, effective Feb. 26, 1993.
Bothwell joined Howtek in 1988 and has spent the past five years rebuilding the company. In 1992 Howtek achieved record levels of revenues and profits. Bothwell announced that he is leaving the company for medical reasons and has decided to pursue other interests.
