 HOUSE LABOR PANEL TO HOLD HEARING ON GM WILLOW RUN PLANT CLOSING
 LANSING, Mich., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- State Rep. Kirk Profit (D-Ypsilanti) today said the House Labor Committee, chaired by Rep. Raymond M. Murphy (D-Detroit), will hold a public hearing from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday, June 1, in the Ypsilanti Township Civic Center.
 The committee will take testimony on General Motors' decision to close the Willow Run assembly plant near Ypsilanti and its impact on the community.
 Persons wishing to testify should contact House staff members at the hearing site.
