 HONEYWELL TO PRESENT BOOKS TO WILDER CONTEMPORARY SCHOOL
 WHAT: Honeywell will present 1,000 books and $500 to Wilder


Contemporary School, one of the company's corporate partnership schools in Minneapolis.
 WHEN: Friday, March 13, 11 a.m. - noon
 WHERE: Wilder Contemporary School, 3328 Elliot Avenue South, Minneapolis. A presentation and skit will be held in the lunchroom, which is located directly inside the main doors of the school.
 WHY: Last year, Honeywell formed a corporate partnership with Wilder Contemporary School as part of the company's commitment to education and community service. One of the partnership's goals is to help improve reading performance among students.
 Tomorrow, seven Honeywell employees involved with the partnership program will present over 1,000 donated books to the fourth, fifth and sixth graders during their student council meeting. The employees will also perform a skit about books and a present a check for $500 from the Honeywell Foundation. The employees who work with the students felt they could motivate and help them improve their reading performance by offering books to the school. During National Reading Month in February, thousands of books were donated by Honeywell employees throughout the Twin Cities.
