HM the King to chair on Friday religious ceremony on anniversary of passing away of HM Hassan II.

Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI , Commander of the faithful (Amir Al-Mouminine), will chair on Friday evening at the Mohammed V mausoleum in Rabat a religious ceremony to mark the 16th anniversary of the passing away of HM Hassan II, May God Bless his soul, announces the ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery. 29 January 2015

During the ceremony, verses of the holy Koran will be recited, followed by panegyrics of the Prophet (PBUH) and prayers for HM King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.

The ceremony will be aired lived on the Moroccan radio and TV channel after Al Maghreb prayers, says the release.

HM King Hassan II passed away on 09 of Rabie II, 1436 of the Hegira year, corresponding to July 23, 1999.
