HM The Sultan Congratulates President of Chad.
Muscat, May 29 (ONA) --- His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to PresidentIdriss Debyof the Republic of Chad on the occasion of his being re-elected for a new presidential term.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good healthand happiness to President Deby,wishing him successin leading the friendly people of Chad towards further progress and prosperity and the friendship relations between the two countries further progress and growth.
